2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3 ripe bananas
You will need:

Directions:
Assembly: Preheat the oven to 350. In a mixing bowl combine all of your dry ingredients and stir until everything is mixed. Then add in all of your wet ingredients and mix until everything is fully combined. Grease your baking dish and pour your batter in. Bake for 45-50 minutes. *
*This recipe can be used to make one loaf of bread or a dozen banana bread muffins, the process is the same, just bake for shorter amounts of time if you are making muffins or other smaller baked goods, making sure the top is nice and golden, and the batter is cooked through.
Level-Up Ideas:
- Add in crunch: mix in your favorite nuts and seeds to the batter and sprinkle on top.
- Add in different fruits: blueberries, strawberries, or swap bananas for pumpkin puree etc.
- Make it chocolatey: add in cocoa powder, chocolate chunks, or your favorite nut butters.
Leftovers/Meal Prep: Store your banana bread in an airtight container. Store in the fridge for the next week or so to enjoy!
